2. What data we collect

• Business users: name, email address, business name, WhatsApp number
• Customer data: WhatsApp conversation messages linked to a business
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: dashboard activity, login events

3. How we use your data

• To provide the 4u2i service
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send service-related emails (trial expiry, payment failures)

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data retention

• Account data held for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
• WhatsApp conversation data retained for 12 months then deleted
• Payment records retained as required by law (7 years)

5. Cookies

• Marketing site (4u2i.com): minimal cookies for analytics only
• App (app.4u2i.com): Firebase sets cookies for authentication — these are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled

No third-party advertising cookies are used.
