1. About 4u2i

4u2i is a WhatsApp AI assistant platform for small businesses, operated by Fyrish Limited.

2. Acceptance of terms

  • By registering for 4u2i you agree to these terms
  • You must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of your business

3. Subscription and payment

  • Starter plan: £20/month after 14-day free trial
  • Growth plan: £39/month after 14-day free trial
  • Payment is taken automatically at the end of the trial period
  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Free trial

  • A valid payment method is required to start the trial
  • You will not be charged until the trial period ends
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost

5. Acceptable use

  • You must not use 4u2i to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • You must not use 4u2i for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and AI responses
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

6. Service availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may perform maintenance which may cause temporary interruption
  • Enterprise customers may request an SLA

7. Intellectual property

  • 4u2i and its software remain the property of Fyrish Limited
  • Your business data and knowledge base content remain your property

8. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months
  • We are not responsible for the actions of WhatsApp or Meta

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard
  • We may terminate accounts that breach these terms with immediate effect
  • On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then deleted

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts
